Using a Fillable PDF File on an Apple Mac

Please note: this guide is generic.

Depending on the OS Version, Apple Mac Device and PDF File Viewer version, you may have to experiment a little to edit the fillable PDF.

Steps

1. Ensure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader… or similar viewer installed from the App Store.
2. From the email, double click on the Fillable PDF Registration Form that has been included as an attached file.
3. The registration form should open, and immediately be available to key in the required information.
