MSTS offers a large number of nationally accredited qualifications as well as some non-accredited.

Yes, you can continue to use it. Both blue and white cards are accepted as by the regulatory authority as evidence that induction training has been completed. Blue & White cards have now been given no expiry date. The only instance an employer may not accept a blue card is if it is a site-specific requirement to hold a white card (as it is more current).

Bookings are essential as numbers are limited for each course. Bookings can be made in person at the office, on our website, by email at reception@msts.com.au or by calling us on 08 9584 3300.

A minimum 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to confirm your position. The remaining balance is then due on the morning of the course. Payments can be made in person (cash and EFTPOS available), via credit card over the phone or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will need a copy of the transfer confirmation so we can locate the payment once received.

Please allow 6-8 weeks. This will come out to your personal address. If after 6-8 weeks you still haven’t received your card please contact Worksafe licensing directly on 1300 307 877 to follow up.

If the course is completed at our Mandurah branch, you will receive the certification upon successful course completion (unless payment has not been made.) If the course is completed in our Port Hedland branch, it may take up to 10 business days to be processed and sent out Certification will be sent out to the person that organised/paid for the training

Yes, a replacement certificate is $25.00 or a replacement wallet card is $35 each. If you require both the certificate and wallet card for one course it is $50.00. We will also require some photo ID before reissuing any certifications. Please contact our office to organise your replacement. We can email you an unsigned copy of your certificate for no charge. If you require a replacement Worksafe licence card please contact Worksafe directly for a re-issue on 1300 307 877.

No, Blue/White card is not a pre-requisite for any of our courses.

WorkSafe requires all participants to be a minimum of 18 years of age to be able to complete any high risk courses. Non high risk courses do not have any age restrictions.

High-Risk courses we offer include Dogging, Rigging (Basic through to Advanced), Scaffolding (Basic through to Advanced), Forklift, Elevated Work Platform and Crane courses.

From 1 January, 2015 each student will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to obtain their certificate or qualification from their Registered Training Organisation (RTO), when completing nationally recognised training in Australia. A USI gives you access to your online USI account and you will be able to view all your training records in the one place. To obtain a USI you will need to visit the website www.usi.gov.au and click on create USI. You will need your identification to create a USI. Once you have your USI, keep it in a safe place as you will need to provide it to your RTO every time you complete training.

High risk licenses are issued by WorkSafe WA. If you complete a High-Risk course with us, a Worksafe application form & fee will need to be sent off to Worksafe for this. In return you will receive a High-Risk licence card with your qualification/s on it. This is mandatory for all High-Risk courses. We collect this fee from you and submit the application on your behalf.

Fees are payable in full, prior to course commencement, irrespective of the training course outcome and before a Statement of Attainment or Record of Attendance will be issued. A learner may withdraw from a training course prior to commencement, by providing three (3) business days
written notice, or as per cancellation clause in the quotation provided. In this instance; a full refund will be applicable or one free transfer to a suitable date, free of charge. If the learner withdraws within the three (3) days cancellation period, 50% of the total course cost will be applied. The learner will, as an alternative option, be given the opportunity to transfer to another coursedate, within the following month. No further transfers will be applied.If a learner fails to register or cancels on the day of training, no refund will be given.
