Need a registration form?
If you would like to complete a Course Registration Form, click here to download it.
This is optional, and can be done at the time of check-in on the day of the course.
If the training you have registered for, is an Online course, the registration form can also be completed later, once the Online part is completed. A reminder email will be sent to you at that time.
The form is a fillable PDF, and can be completed using a Smart Phone, Tablet or Computer. It can then be emailed back to reception@msts.com.au.
You do not need a printer or scanner, and doing it now, will speed up Registration on the day of the course you have enrolled in.
Most of the information on the registration form is required by NCVER (The National Centre for Vocational Education Research). Qualifications for Training you have completed, can only be awarded after the information has been provided.
Please take care to fill out all sections, including the USI (Unique Student Identifier). If you do not have a USI, click here to enroll.
