Using a Fillable PDF File on a PC

Please note: this guide is generic.

Depending on the Windows Version, and Adobe Acrobat version, you may have to experiment a little to edit the fillable PDF.

Steps

1. Ensure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader… or similar installed.
2. From the email, double click on the Fillable PDF Registration Form.
3. The registration form should open, and immediately be available to key in the required information.
